David, who is admitted in New York and recently sat for the Massachusetts Bar Exam, is a member of the Business Transactions Department. His practice focuses on a variety of matters including probate and estate planning, business formation and corporate finance. In addition, David assists the firm’s litigation department on a variety of civil and criminal matters.
During law school, David was a Law Review Editor, and an extern for the Honorable Steven W. Fisher of the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division.
Probated several estates involving complex accounting and tax considerations.
Assisted clients in forming Massachusetts corporations and limited liability companies.
Advised clients on compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding business considerations.
Drafted and filed discovery documents and motions in representation of client involving complex tax matters.
Assisted Pro-bono charitable institutions to achieve tax-exempt status.
Prior to joining the firm, provided second-seat support during trial of complex litigation resulting in a $3 million and a $1 million settlement in favor of firm clients.
