Liz is an associate in the Business Transactions Department. Her practice focuses on the areas of probate and estate planning,
business formation, private offerings and venture capital, and asset acquisitions and divestitures. Liz has significant
experience drafting comprehensive estate plans and assisting with complex probate and trust litigation, and she has worked
extensively in assorted transactions involving securities issuances and acquisitions of businesses.
During law school, Liz worked with Shelter Legal Services Foundation, Inc., an organization providing pro bono legal
services to indigent clients with wide-ranging legal issues.
Represented privately held IT company in C-Round of preferred stock financing.
Completed multi-million dollar complex commercial loan transaction in representation of regional banking institution.
Probated several multi-faceted estates involving extensive estate and trust tax and accounting considerations.
Drafted complex operating agreements, including ample buy-sell provisions, in formation of partnerships and limited liability companies.
