Martin S. Ebel (Marty) is a Commissioner (and formerly the General Counsel) of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. Prior to joining the MCAD, he practiced discrimination law for more than ten years. Mr. Ebel’s private practice included employment law for both management and employee clients as well as handling public accommodation lawsuits. He has appeared before state and federal trial and appellate courts and wrote, argued, and won two cases that were included in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s list of “The Most Important Opinions of 2001.”
