Max, who is admitted in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, is a member of both the Business Transactions and the Business Litigation Departments. His practice focuses on a variety of matters including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and business litigation where he assists on a variety of civil and criminal matters.
During law school, Max was an editor for the Suffolk Transnational Law Review and interned with the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office.
Assisted in a broad range of discovery and trial preparation in complex medical malpractice cases.
Drafted an appellate brief on unauthorized use of a vehicle.
