Paul focuses on the areas of business law, regulatory compliance, asset protection, real estate law, land use, and estate planning. A large portion of Paul’s practice is devoted to counseling closely held companies in the areas of professional services, manufacturing, real estate development, commercial and residential leasing, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. In addition to his extensive legal experience, Paul has over seventeen years of business experience as a Manufacturers Representative and Managing principal of a manufacturing business. In this arena, Paul established a quality control and manufacturing system compliant with government standards and served as a qualified vendor for Raytheon’s missile defense systems. Paul also has served as a consultant for automating manufacturing processes and engineering automation machinery.

Advised developers regarding development of old mill buildings into mixed use condominiums.
